The fine print, in plain words

  1. What does a buy-out end?
    A buy-out ends the relationship. No ongoing support, maintenance, updates, monthly audits, or Lighthouse guarantee, and the code is delivered as-is. You can’t resell or redistribute it, a small “Site created by TechTailors, LLC” footer credit stays, and running the site is on you (or your own developer) from then on. That said, if you ever wish to return, welcome home.
  2. Where are the buy-out terms?
    In your contract, Article VIII. See ownership & offboarding.

Why I built TechTailors

I spent two years inside a Chattanooga marketing agency. Transparency sold the pitch and vanished after signing.

Then it got personal. My father, a chiropractor in Cleveland, Tennessee, was locked into a year-long contract: $1,000 a month for a Wix site built in about twenty hours.

It was broken, unusable on mobile, and did nothing for his business. I got him out and rebuilt his site myself. TechTailors is the agency I wished existed when he needed one.
